This is our new house. We close in 40 days. I feel good about this house, I think God has really blessed us with this. We had put an offer on it a few months ago, and the house fell into foreclosure prior to offer acceptance. Now here we are a few months later, after the Bank buying it back, and we ended up getting the house for $54k lower than we offered a few months ago. Everything just seemed to fall into place.
